The cockpit tablet in my p40 Warhawk on Xbox series x doesn’t display anything even though it is displayed and shown as switched on. It is just a blank screen. How do I get access to the menus?

Can you try to load at a different airport? Sometimes glass cockpit panels are disabled by the Xbox as part of its aggressive memory management, known as Avionics BlackOut (ABO). 

I've tried loading cold & dark at Ramp 1 at EGCB, and can see the tablet as functioning on my end.
