It seems to be related to GSX. When I turn off Couatl GSX, the issue disappears; when I turn it back on, the issue reappears.

Photogrammetry is enabled and Orbx Dubai Landmarks is installed. However, the issue persists even when I uninstall Orbx Dubai Landmarks.

Can you try to clear your index for OMDB to rule out any errant file. I'm not seeing this issue in the release build with GSX on or off.

Thanks for the suggestion. I cleared my SceneryIndexes, and the issue seems to be resolved. It was indeed the SceneryIndexes causing the problem. Thanks for your help!
