Won’t let me purchase KJFK

When I checkout after entering my card Info it looks like it went through but I never get my product and no email confirmation but at the same time I bought Dubai and it worked perfectly like it always does. Why isn’t it letting me purchase JFK?

If you are still having this issue on the latest version (2.3.7) then please try this debug version (click to download) of the IniManager and send us the log file here so we can investigate further.

Run the installer and install it on top of your current manager. There is a debug menu item on the left side of the bar.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Every time you launch the iniManager, first you need to click ``DEBUG`` and then click ``CLEAR ALL``. (see image below)
2. Continue to use the iniManager for the purchase.
3. After you encounter the error msg/issue, please click ``DEBUG`` again, and then click the ``DOWNLOAD`` button. (see image below)
4. Save that log.txt file, and please send it to us here.

To return to latest version after, grab the latest installer from: https://inibuilds.com/pages/inimanager-v2
