June 18, 20241 yr With Microsoft Airbus 320 no problem. General options/accessibilty/cockpit interaction system = legacy On PC up to date.
June 20, 20241 yr Staff Hi @meierblom In 'Legacy' interaction mode you can push/pull the knob based on the small arrow that shows up near the top and bottom of the knob. Left click on your mouse will move the knob in the direction of arrow shown (push for up arrow, pull for down arrow). June 23, 20241 yr Staff Yes, and i've written above how it works in legacy interaction mode. There are no known reports of not being able to interact with the plane in this mode, and we do not see any issues with it on our end either. Thanks! June 25, 20241 yr Author No problem with Airbus 320 standard. No problem with Airbus 320 FBW. Just with Airbus 329 neo v2. HDG and SPG buttons don't function. All in Legacy-mode. Edited June 25, 20241 yr by meierblom

Also please provide following additional info: Are you seeing the small "arrow" indications when hovering over these switches? Are they animating when you click them? Is the mode simply not switching? Is this happening on every flight? Are the other systems working at the time this is happening? Thanks! July 2, 20241 yr Staff Hi @meierblom Apologies for late reply. It won't go into managed (---) mode if information is missing on the MCDU. You need to fill in the following required info: INIT B page (Weights, CG and Payload) INIT A page (Route, CRZ FL, CI) F-PLN Page (Waypoints with an active RWY/SID selected) PERF Page (V-Speeds, Flaps/THS) See below 2 videos of the behaviour when information is filled in, compared to when the information is missing. F-PLN, INIT B, PERF info all filled in: 2024-07-02 17-30-33(1).mp4 F-PLN, INIT B, PERF info missing: 2024-07-02 17-31-09(1).mp4 Thanks! July 4, 20241 yr Author Thanks. It seems to work, but I cannot switch from INIT A to INIT B .... Is it necessary I was able to click the INIT Request message and loaded the data.
July 4, 20241 yr Staff 4 hours ago, meierblom said: but I cannot switch from INIT A to INIT B INIT B page is only accessible when engines are off. It is important as that is where you set the information about your Weights and Fuel Onboard. So I would try starting from an ON APU panel state, fill in the information, then start your engines. You simple hover your cursor over the SPEED SELECTOR or HDG SELECTOR knob, and press A button to interact with it. Then follow the on-screen instructions to adjust, and finally press B to quit. Also as mentioned above, you must have filled in the require information on the MCDU for MANAGED mode to work. Otherwise the AP will only work in SELECTED mode. Thanks!
