Faint sound in background

It sounds like an oscilating tone.... eeeeeeeeeee... aaaaaaaaaaaa... eeeeeeeeeee... aaaaaaaaaaa... very faint. Am I hearing things?

In which phase of flight, and where (cockpit, cabin, external cam)? Would be ideal if you could record a quick video clip (with audio) for when you are noticing the issue.
