A320 V2 can’t upload flight plan

Hi,
in the MCDU the In Request option to upload the flight plan doesn’t even highlights.

it says “Error Downloading Data”

im the EFB I have my Simbrief ID (numbers) and the flight plan uploads there from simnrief but not in the MCDU.

The support on this forum is just atrocious,I don’t even understand why they have this think because they only help anyone on Discord,they should just shut this thing down.

Anyways go to MCDU>ATSU>then add your Simbrief ID where it says “Pilot ID.

I assure you it works, did you enter your NUMERICAL id and not the alphabetical one??

Apologies, I will admit, it is largely my fault as I was preoccupied with testing and could not keep on top of the forum posts.

Please ensure the following, as have been reported to cause issues with import by other users:

• Use the same pilot ID on the both the EFB Options and MCDU (Menu > ATSU > Pilot ID).
• Try to restart the flight after entering the above info, as some users have had success on subsequent reloads.
• The units (Metric KG /Imperial LBS) are the same on both the EFB and your simbrief flightplan.
• The Aircraft ICAO Type is A20N on your Simbrief flightplan.
• The 'Detailed Navlog' option is enabled on Simbrief Dispatch

If all else fails, and you're on PC, please close the sim, delete the contents of this folder and then reload into the plane. It will regenerate the files, you may need to re-enter the information on EFB Options and MCDU (ATSU).

To know your pilot ID, you need to go to your account settings in simbrief. Once done, type your ID in the mcdu. On the tablet, go to settings, enable keyboard. Type your pilot ID (6 digits), with the virtual keyboard only! On the home page of the tablet you download the simbrief plan. Go to payload, download from simbrief, apply. On the MCDU, you go to init, request init. Enter FLT NR and CI. Go to F PLN, enter SID, STAR. Go to the tablet, payload, after it applied, note the gross weight 60.000-76000 kg. Go to takeoff on the tablet. Select runway, sync. Indicate your weight, with the virtual keyboard and then calculate. Send to FMGS. On the mcdu, init, right arrow, just click on the empty line ZFW, Click on Block Fuel, go to perf, enter the info from the tablet and fly

That is no longer necessary. Only input the ID in the EFB.

I can only put in my username in the EFB. And it only loads the flight plan into the EFB and not into the MCDU.
