A PC user here.

Simbrief won't load on the EFB.

I have my correct user ID in the setting but its not pulling the flight plan.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you use the same system in simbrief and the efb... kg>kg or lbs>lbs

Firstly, please ensure you are using your Pilot ID (Numbers only) on both the MCDU and EFB settings.

Secondly as mentioned above, ensure you are using the correct aircraft type (A20N), have the 'Detailed Navlog' option enabled on Simbrief Dispatch, and are using the same units (KG/LBS) for your Simbrief Dispatch as set on the EFB settings.
