unhinged_aviator Posted April 1 Posted April 1 Whenever I'm parked on the ground in either the PAX or Cargo variants of the A300, with one of the doors open, I can hear a sound as if a cleaning crew were running some super high power vacuum cleaners in the cabin. I thought it might be the APU but the sound seems to be generated in the forward part of the cabin when I roam around. Could the developers comment on this? What is the source and intention for this sound effect? If it's a noisy cleaning crew, they need to be instructed that the pallet roller floor on the 600F does not need to be vacuumed. :3

richboy2307 Posted April 18 Posted April 18 Thanks moved to the right section. I'll check with our sound engineer but I believe its meant to be just ambient external sounds. Vrishabh Sehgal ( @Richboy2307 ) Community Team Member & Tester IniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com
richboy2307 Posted April 19 Posted April 19 @unhinged_aviator Ok so that's simply external airport ambience that is being heard there - It's under the 'system' sound channel on the EFB as it's tied to the main cargo door operation. We could possibly change it to 'environment' sound channel so you may turn it down on the ground whilst still enjoying other system sounds. I'll pass on the feedback, thanks!
