lmhariano Posted March 31, 2024 Posted March 31, 2024 Hello everyone, I'm trying to purchase the A300 for MSFS. However, my two cards keep being declined. I can't check with my bank until Wednesday (Monday and Tuesday are bank holidays here), and that would be too late, if I want to have the discount applied. Last Friday I did some purchases at REX with no issues at all; so I understand my cards are not the problem. Where in iniBuilds can I get support?
Staff richboy2307 Posted March 31, 2024 Staff Posted March 31, 2024 Hi, you can reach out to support directly at https://inibuilds.com/pages/contact (Direct support) section. However I'm afraid iniBuilds does not control the card/payment verification process so your bank/card provider would be more suited to handle this. Also please confirm you tried to purchase via the webstore, and not the iniManager? The iniManager is having some difficulties regarding checkout currently. The team is looking into this however the webstore is working fine in the meanwhile. Thanks! Vrishabh Sehgal ( @Richboy2307 ) Community Team Member & Tester iniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com

For payment issues like this, it can help to use a reliable payments gateway to ensure transactions go through smoothly. Hi! iniBuilds has a support section on their website where you can submit a ticket or contact their customer service directly. Usually, there’s a “Support” or “Contact Us” link at the top or bottom of the page. If you’re having payment issues, it’s best to include details like the product you’re trying to buy, the error you’re seeing, and the cards you’re using (without sharing full card numbers). That way, they can help resolve the problem before the discount period ends.
