It is impossible to fly this aircraft because anytime I put any thrust IMPUT the aircraft goes TOGA. This is on Xbox Controller 

same engines are imposible to use on xbox and the plane needs a lot of input to control it

It is possible u just have to Calibrate it, it works good for me now

Have you tried to calibrate the throttles via the EFB [Options > Throttle Settings]?

First click [Reset Calibration], then [Begin Calibration] and follow the steps by confirming each position.

Even after calibrating through the EFB, I'm still encountering issues with the TCA Captains Pack. Although the throttles physically retract to the reverse position, the reverse thrust functionality fails to engage.

Have you tried after the latest SU15B update? There was a fix pushed out regarding this. Thanks!

I’m having this problem now  when I press y on the controller it goes to either Togo or when I press b it goes straight to reverse. Also before taxing it dosent let me move the aircraft, I have the latest update, very buggy and getting worse any suggestions?

Please make sure you have calibrated your throttles from the EFB. Also ensure you have selected the correct REVERSE ON AXIS option based on your hardware (should be no for an xbox controller).

Hi, I’m on Xbox with the Airbus Thrustmaster TCA Captains Pack and I have tried to calibrate the throttles but engine #2 just stays on TOGO and maximum reverse thrust. Is there any fix for this

Please try to toggle REVERSE ON AXIS to NO, then back to YES in order to "force reset" the existing calibration. Then run through the calibration process again and immediately after restart the sim. This will ensure the settings are both saved and applies again properly.

See if the issue is resolved after. Also verify in your MSFS control settings that both the throttles are assigned to their independent throttle axis only (Lever 1 to Throttle 1 Axis, and Lever 2 to Throttle 2 Axis). On the EFB, you should see the green bars move evenly together as you move both the throtttles. Also the marked detent on the EFB should match the detents on your TCA Throttles if setup properly.
