The reason for this is crosswind which is accurately simulated in MSFS. I guarantee, every plane does this in the sim and real life. The stronger the wind, the harder the veer. It’s quite simple to maintain the centerline by using the rudder. Or you can activate takeoff assistance in the assistance options inside MSFS and this will get you rid of that veering
