PHNL downloaded but not in MSFS 2020?

So I just bought this scenery. I installed it by the ini manager where the rest of my scenery airports are. It shows on the manager page it has downloaded and installed. It is in my community folder where it should be. But when I start MSFS 2020 I look in the profile page and it shows me that PHNL from Inibuilds is not Installed. And I have no option to add it or delete it from that page also. Please help.

You have any other Hawaii scenery installed that could interfer with this one?

Did you try to clear your sceneryindexes?

I recently bought PHNL and though it shows installed on the Inibuilds site and is in my Community folder (MSFS2020) however in the sim when started it is not present - just the generic from MSFS phnl.

I have exchanged many communications with support and it has not been fixable. My last comm to them was about a week ago.

In my last comm to them I told them i simply give up and they can keep the money paid.

I am a long term customer.
