SimFanatic Posted February 29 Posted February 29 (edited) Has anyone else experienced an approximate 1 second pause every 4-5 seconds once the MCDU/FMC is programmed in the A300-600R since v1.0.9 was released yesterday? Everything was fine until I did the update yesterday and I can reproduce it at various airports. I am not experiencing this issue with any other aircraft and the continuous pauses only happen after I program the FMC. Edited February 29 by SimFanatic grammar correction
Deebs2003 Posted February 29 Posted February 29 I'm not having that but I'm flying in the Caribbean today so not the most demanding area to be fair. Performance for me seems no different just an APU start-up issue since the upgrade. Daryl 1
SimFanatic Posted February 29 Author Posted February 29 Update, I did a bunch of testing, I don’t even have to program the whole FMC. I just put in the FROM/TO airport and after, the issue happens. Reproduced it several times. I'm curious what others have for computer specs. Mine are as follows: CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D) GPU: ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 4070 TI Super 16GB OC Version Memory: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3600 Display: Alienware 34" Curved Display 3440x1440p Storage: SAMSUNG 980 SSD 1TB & 2TB M.2 NVMe + 5TB Internal 1

SimFanatic Posted February 29 Author Posted February 29 Thanks! I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling; admittedly I should have tried this first before posting. 🙂 I also moved it from my Addons_Linker folder to be at the default root community folder. I think uninstalling and reinstalling was the fix though. Maybe a corrupted AIRAC database? Don’t know. Cheers & Blue Skies!!
