EGSS showing in the community folder but not in the sim

why hasn't this known issue been fixed ? 

and now the layout.json file that was on previous thread is no longer avaliable

 

the inimanager installs EGSS and the nool. Go on to fs2020 and load in and its the default scenery when its showing in the community folder. I've tried layout generator tool and still no luck. 

 

can someone please share the correct layout.json file or inibuilds fix the issue in the inimanager please
