Cockpit pilot sits in my seat, switches and buttons don't animate at all

I have a similar problem to the issue in this thread: 

 

 

None of my switches are animated although the screens and displays do seem to be working. I also have the pilot avatar model sat in my seat causing clipping issues. It is almost as though it is modelling the exterior cockpit but internally. I noted that you said a patch had been sent to MS, was this implemented?
