Double T scenery Developer contact

I have some questions regarding OEJN scenery from Double T. How can I get in comtact with them? Havent seen anything on this foru, under partners or Scenery.

by the way... Inibuilds is doing an amazing job... any chance to work with you guys on ini files for GSX?

Hi Inibuilds, I ordered the Double T OJAI scenery and it looks good but the gateway and every other function is not in place in the game. By anymeans possible is there a way to fix all of these issues. It is the only page are that does OJAI

Hello @Adam Alhayek Try clearing your scenery indexes. 

To do that locate your folder by following the path below.

(MS Store) \AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\SceneryIndexes

(Steam) \AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\SceneryIndexes

Then delete the contents inside but leave the folder intact. (The indexes will rebuild on next load of FS)

This should solve the issue.

I need to talk about two sceneries I bought today from Double T in your IniManager portal: Suvarnabhumi and Taiwan Taoyuan. I cannot find any support page from them so I am trying here since I purchased them from your Inistore!

- Taoyuan works but the custom scenery star does not appear in MSFS2024. This puts an impression that the scenery is not installed and I need to dig deep to find if it works or not. However, it is installed. Please could Double T get this fixed?

- Suvarnabhumi by Double T no longer works with FS 20/24 having third-party ATCs (like BeyondATC) because the scenery is outdated when compared to current AIRAC (scenery has 2 runways while current has 3 with changed runways numbers). Could you please let me know if there are plans to upgrade it and if not, kindly put a note at least so that people are aware about this regression before they make a purchase.

 

While I can live with Taoyuan, I find it harsh that i cannot use Suvarnabhumi without giving up on either the scenery or ATC. Can Double T kindly fix this because I unfortunately feel that I paid for a scenery that does not work / partially works. Thanks for understanding!

Waited a week and they have not responded. Therefore, I have to assume I lost money because I paid for their scenery that does not work and is not updated.

 

Maybe a feedback: We usually trust your Marketplace because you sell high quality items and we assume you partner with vendors who are expected to offer similar standards. Please hold your partners accountable if they do not update their offered sceneries and continue to sell them without updating or upgrading them. We do not simply purchase sceneries for them to be unuseable or not fully supported. Thanks!
