MrHalfknight Posted January 7 Share Posted January 7 Changing from STD in cruise to local QNH in P.ALT or ALT HLD mode should not lead to a climb/decend due to different indicated altitdues. the aircraft should hold the static pressure constant, thus maintain altitude even if the altimeter reading is now different. MrHalfknight Posted January 7 Author Share Posted January 7 Not specifically for this aircraft. however, every aircraft i´ve ever flown or worked on worked that way, as the aircraft senses and compares and maintains static pressure from the pressure ports for auto flight operations.
