Recurring engone noise on loop

This is hard to describe but is anyone else experiencing a looped noise when the engines are running.

It sounds like 3 air-conditioning pops / puffs / rumbles then a longer noise.

Really hard to describe but really annoying once you hear it?

Seems to only be at cruise, not noticed in the decent or slower speeds?
