How to stop fuel defaulting to 36%

How do I stop the fuel from defaulting to 36% after going from cold dark to APU/GPU to Ready to take off? When I go in the EFB and change my fuel numbers it always goes back to 36% when I start the aircraft. The load numbers I keep stay at whatever I set, however.

You mean with the panel states? If so, known issue, will be fixed!
