Can't purchase the A300!

Hi there,

I am unable to purchase the A300. It seems to go through but then doesn't appear in My Products and no money taken from my account. I have tried resetting the password , exiting the Inimanager and restarting but no joy. I am going to try uninstalling and reinstalling to see if that works. First time this has happened
