I noticed, if selecting the seat belt or no smoking switch does not get the „Ding“sound.

Working on my side, they are fainted as in real life, try on the ground without engine and pacs, you should hear them0

The cockpit door also affects this.  Try opening the cockpit door and see if you hear them then.

Just tested before I saw the 2nd answer with the post but without engines and no pacs I can't hear them either.

In my case I can't hear them but I tested it with ini A310 and there I can hear them.

did you try with the sound sliders to MAX in the EFB ?

Checked it again. I only can hear them while the cockpit door is open, which is not realistic inflight.

With closed cockpit doors, I can't hear them even I set all sliders to max in EFB.
