A300-600 cockpit sounds

When at cruise there is very little if any sounds. Also taxi tiller bug makes it impossible to taxi skidding all the time at any speed. Is there a workaround?

I had to turn the volume sliders to max in settings to get any type of 'adequate' sounds. Definitely need some improvement.
