Fulfilment status Unfulfilled ?

Hi,

Just purchased a aircraft. Payment status says paid but Fulfilment status states Unfulfilled. What does that mean? The purchased aircraft is not available for download in the iniManager.

Heya!

Due to high server load, some orders got stuck on unfulfilled. We are working through those now, should be showing up soon 🙂
