I started this topic over in the MSFS support forums but when I requested a refund because I was getting nowhere, Asobo suddenly decided it's your problem. I believe it's their problem but hey-ho. There are no other addons in my sim. This was the very first one that I bought and and, as you can imagine, I've been very reluctant to buy any others since.

I'm guessing you already tried to un- and reinstall the plane?

 

Yes - multiple times with a reboot in between.

I'm sorry if this sounds dismissive of your issue, this is not my intention, im just genuinely curious.. Why do you need it to show up in your hangar?

Anyways, I'll ask around our dev team if anyone knows why it might not show up in there 🙂

I understand the question. I've tried creating a new flight but it's not available to load there either.

Ah, so it also doesn't show up if you try to select it in the aircraft selection screen? That indeed would be a rather big issue then haha

Out of curiosity, can you select it if you enable "Developer Mode" in the options and then try to swap into it via Tools --> Aircraft selector?

Still no luck. All of the default aircraft show up but not the Antonov.

If it's of any help, I'm a developer (you may have seen me under Dragonflight Design) and I have forty years of technical troubleshooting in the PC industry (yes: pre- IBM 'PC Junior' days too).

So I did some digging and no one on our team knows why it wouldn't show up. I did some googling though and found some other people with similar issues. Did you try any of those fixes yet?

Yeah, I am afraid I can't help any more then other than suggesting a complete sim reinstall 😕 Did you also try to contact MS/Asobo via zendesk?

MS will give me a refund if I ask - they've already said so. Thank you for trying anyway 🙂
