Shortways Posted May 30, 2023 Posted May 30, 2023 Love the little bird! … but could use a little extra love. E.g. the Fuel Tank Selector is a total mystery. It’s a 3-way selector without any labelling/decals and no explanation in your manual. The original manual learns that it’s a Main, Reserve and Off … but position is which setting? Also the Fuel Lever on the left … what is it? Mixture? Shut Off? Again the original manual learns it’s a P1, P2, P1+P2 or Shut Off Fuel Filter selector. I can appreciate that that is not necessary as it is for failure management only. But at least please put a decal on it.
