Bought scenery from Marketplace done forum to be put on an inibuilds account, haven't heard back for weeks.

I did the form to show I brought it off marketplace so I can use inimanager for updates and stuff. I done this couple of weeks ago I haven't heard back about the form or not. Can I ask why its taking this long?
