Issues with runway 31L

There are currently quite a few issues with how the runway 31L touchdown zone is designed. The first ones are on approach, that the landing aids next to the runway are misaligned with the runway itself. As you can see on the screenshot the PAPI is far beyond the ILS G/S antenna here which leads to serious disagreement between the ILS and PAPI while landing. Also neither of these is next to the 1000ft marker on the runway where they should be. This might be due to the runway having a displaced threshold here which should not be case according to the charts and the most recent satellite photos from the airport. 

 

Another issue that is only visible on takeoff is that the light fixtures in the displaced threshold of the 31L are acutally hovering in the air as you can see on the screenshot below.

Yes, can confirm both those issues. Though I'm actually not a 100% sure if the runway markings are like this after the rebuild tbh.

Also to add at the hold point for 13L it has a sign showing 13R
