Unable to download purchases

Hi All,

I just purchased the MSFS version of KLAX and EGLL and are showing in My Products in the IniManager software, but when I click on Install, it comes up with an error saying "Please Close the Simulator before trying to install.'

My simulator isn't loaded, in fact, I've done a complete reboot of the PC, and even checked the Task Manager and can't see it running.  

This is happening for both sceneries.

Any ideas?

Typical.. As soon as I hit reply, I figure out what the issue was.   It was the Saitech/Logitech flight panels plugin logimicrosoftflightsimulator.exe that was running, not the simulator.  I killed that, and now it's installing.

Hopefully this will help the next person that has the issue.
