gleff Posted January 22, 2023 Share Posted January 22, 2023 Hi All, I just purchased the MSFS version of KLAX and EGLL and are showing in My Products in the IniManager software, but when I click on Install, it comes up with an error saying "Please Close the Simulator before trying to install.' My simulator isn't loaded, in fact, I've done a complete reboot of the PC, and even checked the Task Manager and can't see it running. This is happening for both sceneries. Any ideas? gleff Posted January 22, 2023 Author Share Posted January 22, 2023 Typical.. As soon as I hit reply, I figure out what the issue was. It was the Saitech/Logitech flight panels plugin logimicrosoftflightsimulator.exe that was running, not the simulator. I killed that, and now it's installing.
