I even uninstall mfs2020 n reinstall n it still happens n my comunnity folder is empty It does not happen with other aircrafts only with the A310 PLSS HELP Edited December 1, 2022 by jayfresh1271
Bob57 Posted December 1, 2022 Posted December 1, 2022 The same happens to me and I already have written that to the support Team. I have a Intel Core i5-750 with only 8GB of DDR3 SDRAM. And Surprise, every Highend Product works flawlessly with that old Workhorse. Everything on Ultra I get between 25 and 30 FPS on PMDG, Fenix, Just Flight and others. I have 131 Airplanes without any Problems, so please don´t tell me my CPU is to old. I could only repeat on that, your Bird isn´t just like other High End Aircrafts.
Deleted Account Posted December 1, 2022 Posted December 1, 2022 Your CPU is too old though. Your CPU is from 2009, so under the minimum requirements of the sim. The A310 needs AVX to run, which is not available on your 13 year old CPU. 1 1
Bob57 Posted December 1, 2022 Posted December 1, 2022 Thanks Gumby you are the first one to give a precise Answer after Weeks of Guessing. Well I will stick then with my PMDG 737, Fenix 320 and FBW A32NX. They work perfectly with enough Frames. A310 deleted. 1

Manchild Posted December 7, 2022 Posted December 7, 2022 (edited) AVX is NOT a requirement, nor does it say they won't support 13 year old CPUs. i-5 is the miminum. I have a Xeon 5660 that is i7 based and faster than a lot of modern CPUs but can't run because they made the A310 dependent on a function that isn't required as you can see below. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM: Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system OS: Windows 10 Processor: Intel i5-4460 | AMD Ryzen 3 1200 Memory: 8 GB RAM Graphics: NVIDIA GTX 770 | AMD Radeon RX 570 DirectX: Version 11 Storage: 150 GB available space VR Support: SteamVR, Oculus PC, or OpenXR. Keyboard and mouse required RECOMMENDED: Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system OS: Windows 10 Processor: Intel i5-8400 | AMD Ryzen 5 1500X Memory: 16 GB RAM Graphics: NVIDIA GTX 970 | AMD Radeon RX 590 DirectX: Version 11 Storage: 150 GB available space Microsoft Studios © 2020 Microsoft Corporation Edited December 7, 2022 by Manchild
decode7 Posted February 15, 2023 Posted February 15, 2023 Hi this is the same problem and many more people. Every other plane does this when loading a CTD. If CPU AVX is the problem, why can't they fix it? Useless for many 100 people cannot ignore this fact. Expected repair?
decode7 Posted February 23, 2023 Posted February 23, 2023 It seems you don't want to answer that. Microsoft paid for the development, we got it for free, but we can't use it.
