For me at Heathrow it says "Jetway operating" but nothing moves, on the single jetways its fine but anything from 2-3 doesn't, and then it says "you wont see passengers visually" then adds a stair at the back, and yeah, its really annoying and I'm just going to use single jetway gates atm, i just need gsx to work with it, when i first downloaded multi jetway tool i had an option that said like "use 1,2,3 or 0 jetways" or smthn like that and i forgot what i clicked but inibuilds this needs to be sorted out quickly
