Hi iniBuilds team, I’d really love to see you consider developing a high-quality version of King Khalid International Airport (RUH/OERK) for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. Riyadh has rapidly transformed into one of the world’s most important and exciting destinations. Thanks to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, the city has become a major global hub for business, tourism, entertainment, sports, and international events. Riyadh is no longer simply a regional destination — it is becoming a truly global city, attracting people and airlines from all over the world. With major international events, new developments, tourism projects, and the continued expansion of its aviation sector, the city has become an increasingly important destination on the world stage. Because of this transformation, I strongly believe Riyadh deserves an airport scenery that truly reflects its importance and global status. At the moment, there isn’t a RUH scenery that provides the combination of high-end visual quality, realism, attention to detail, atmosphere, and performance that I would love to see for such an important airport. The flight simulation community is already flying to and from Riyadh, but unfortunately, the current representation of the airport does not fully reflect the quality and importance of the destination. This is why I would be extremely excited to see iniBuilds take on RUH and give it the same level of quality, detail, optimization, and immersion that you have achieved with airports such as Dubai and Doha. I would also love to see Riyadh city landmarks included alongside the airport. The city has an increasingly recognizable skyline and many iconic developments and landmarks. Detailed landmarks around Riyadh would make approaches and departures into RUH much more immersive and would allow pilots to actually recognize the city from the air. A complete RUH + Riyadh landmarks package could be something truly special, with highly detailed terminals, accurate airport surroundings, realistic taxiways and ground markings, excellent night lighting, detailed jetways, interiors, and the unique architecture and atmosphere of Riyadh. There is also a large and growing flight simulation community in Saudi Arabia, and I believe a high-quality RUH and Riyadh landmarks package would be very popular with MSFS users worldwide. With Riyadh becoming an increasingly important international aviation hub, having an exceptional representation of both the airport and the city in MSFS 2024 would be a great way to showcase Saudi Arabia to the flight simulation community around the world. I understand that developing an airport of this scale is a major undertaking, but I genuinely believe RUH would be an excellent addition to the iniBuilds airport lineup. I hope you’ll consider Riyadh for a future project. It would be incredible to see King Khalid International Airport and the city of Riyadh represented at the level that Riyadh deserves. 🇸🇦✈️ Thank you for your continued work and contribution to the flight simulation community
