  1. Departure ATIS Update Request Greyed Out - BeyondATC ACARS

    Hi team, I've been trying to get ATIS update when connecting to BeyondATC, but for some reason the update button for departure airport is greyed out and I can't get ATIS information through the atc com page, this has been happening on all my flights using BATC. The BATC app has the atis information, so I don't know why the a350 can't request it. Can you look into it? Thank you!
