I'm experiencing the same issue where throttle axis 1/2 and 3/4 work without a problem, but after pushback, only throttles 1 and 4 move. After disconnecting and reconnecting, it works for a bit, but then it happens again. I'm using the FlightSimFactory v3 A320 throttle add-ons.
