Same problem here, AI AUTO TRIM in assistance settings is OFF, all data are included from SimBrief. After take-off and AP activation V/S increases to around +7000 fpm and AP disconnects itself. Tested multiple times, in multiple config (full / empty - no pax, no payload) always with same result.
