I purchased the A350 nine days ago and as someone that sims almost exclusively in VR, I've been following this thread with interest. I appreciate the general tone here seems to be forgiving but as a new customer, I want the product I've paid for (and it isn't exactly cheap as far as DLC goes) to actually work. I'm not having this issue in any of the other planes I fly in VR and from what's been said in the thread, it sounds like inibuilds gambled on something being changed between the beta and final release, and that gamble didn't pay off. So yes, I get the sentiment here and admit I don't know all of the detail. However, for me it's as simple as the fact I've paid £72 for a product I can't use, from a company that can't even provide an ETA for when I will be able to use it. If this is something that isn't going to be fixed in the near term then I'll pursue a refund. I'm not ok with being out of pocket whilst waiting indefinitely for a working product.
