which version you have the problem,my 2024 version is normal,but 2020 is not

i have the subscription of navigraph,but when i connect to the ois,it show that i have no subscription.But in the ois i can use the chart provided by navigraph.i try to re-install the plane,reset the link of navigraph,and also clean wasm,this three ways are didn't work.

By the way,my subscription of navigraph access is until 20 jun 2026.There is no such thing as a lapsed subscription.
