I can finally confirm that the zip file given to me along with the manager updating the plane, it finally is on 1.1.1(d). I still have no clue why the plane wouldnt update but its done now. Thank you inibuids it took a while but at least we got there.

My A350, as of 15:12 local time here where I am on the 16/7/2025 is still on version 1.1.0 (f). After mutiple attempts to update the plane from the manager I am still running 1.1.0(f) and not the current version with the HUD and texture improvments. I have my purcahse trasnfered to inibuilds, bought from the marketplace in MSFS2024. If the issue is simply "Hey listen because it was bought there in the marketplace you need to wait till the market place updates it" I dont mind waiting, thats fair. I dont understand the point of the transfer then but at least we wouldve had an offical statement from iniBuilds for their customers and all of this wouldve been avoided. Also my manager shows 2 changelogs for the same update except for one has the list of updates and one is just the date of the update with no changes.

I appreciate inibuilds replying back but I cant belive for the 7th time now I have to explain my situation because I already answered everything in my posted tickets and here in thr forum. I do not have a VPN here, that is my only limitation. Yes I have alternate download enabled, yes I signed in and out, yes I uninstalled the cabins and livries. I have not tried clearing the cache because I did not see that posted anywhere nor do I know how too. As I am writting this iniBuilds has sent me a zip file with the same size as the new plane+update. I hope it works

I transfered my order too. I bought mine on the MSFS2024 Marketplace, was given 1.1.0 (f) and I transfered mine successfully but since then I am still stuck in 1.1.0 (f) with a malfuctioning TOGA indication and an EFB that wont work. I dont know whats going on, iniBuilds literally only sent me back a two worded email with no help. What confuses me is, if I bought it on the marketplace and iniBuilds know that update roll outs are slow, then why give the option to transfer, let alone sell their product there if they have limited control over updating? If I transfered it then it should be fine no?

What I dont understand is why iniBuilds is not taking a pause on development on other things and focus on the A350 which has been for lack of a better word "problomatic". Instead of working on other sceneries or planes put some more people on A350 support, have more people answering questions instead of us having to figure things out. I keeping having to wait hours to days from sending a DM on the iniManager for help only to recieve a two word reply its like the devs dont care. Customers shouldnt have to help each other out like this. Again I appreciate the fact the A350 is a challange and iniBuilds maybe a small team but I really dont see how iniBuilds is well and truly putting boots on the ground and actually helping people. Take a minute, stop spreading yourselves thin and focus on what the customer is saying.

Well would you mind telling me what you did? I uninstalled all livries cabin and the plane its self from the manager and re-downloaded it but still stuck at 1.1.0f

can you please show/explain how? I reached out to iniBuilds but no reply

I agree completely, the A350 is beautiful yes, I’m very greatful we have a stunning plane to fly, but it’s impossible! I keep posting and asking for help and nothing from the team, I can’t help but think that this is a scam just like black box sim. No guidance on how to update, no working way to fly the plane without sim brief, their own add on manager doesn’t even work! I blame myself $70 wasted. PMDG are way better

Hi I’m also having issues with inibuilds in general and I didn’t wanna say anything because I appreciate the fact that the plane is very advanced and obviously errors and bugs will happen but I’ve had my limit. I didn’t say anything when I had to transfer my licenses (which shouldn’t be necessary I mean integrate it), I didn’t say anything when the plane would eat fps but now I can’t even download the update. This is ridiculous. I’ve uninstalled everything twice, signed out of the manager (which doesn’t even work anyway, official platform for purchases that to this day won’t let me purchase anything) and still I am on 1.1.0f. There’s no way I’m doing it a third time unless someone tells me STEP BY STEP how to do it because I’m not wasting my time anymore. Even the official post for the update is closed which to me is baffling, like look at all these nice things you’re gonna have a hard time getting without any instructions on how to update
