  1. The ENG SHUTDOWN list normally contains the TCAS TA only and APU Bleed is always usable with no additional damage.
  2. The ECAM actions for ENG FAIL with damage are incorrect. Only one agent (Agent 1) should be discharged.
  3. Triggering an ENG FAIL below the set ENG OUT acceleration altitude, the aircraft still uses the set acceleration and thrust reduction alt. for 2-eng. Additionally thrust is being reduced to MCT then and ATHR is getting active - all not correct! As long as the thrust levers have not been moved the flex thrust used for takeoff should still be active.
  4. Try running MSFS2024 as Administrator. That did the trick for me

  6. At the moment there is no chance to invoke a failure at a specific speed or altitude. Maybe you could make it possible to publish LVARs for this case, so one can at least program some kind of 'failure-invoker'.
