In what sense does Microsoft not have this model ?The developers reported on the streams that they had sent the files to the manager, and Microsoft was uploading them to the marketplace.

This is a really good question, it was said on the technical stream about two to three weeks, a month has passed, there is no answer. Preferably a comment from the developers themselves.
