  1. No option to add userid in ATSU menu in MCDU

    Hello, Okay, I can read that everywhere, but I keep on "error downloading data" on MCDU when requiring "init request*". Nevertheless, the flight is correctly downloaded and displayed on EFB with my pilot id. What do I miss in the process ? Do you have an any idea or clue to help me please ? Thanks !
