For update: I uninstalled MSFS 2020 and 2024. It looks like problem is solved now.Unfortunately, I will need to reinstall all the plugins I uploaded. This is quite frustrating and will create extra work. However, it seems that the Inimanager program is mixing up the 2020 and 2024 programs. I couldn't fully understand the reason, because I first loaded the A350 on the 2024 simulator. Then, when I loaded it for 2020, the 2024 version got deleted on its own. It will really take some time to figure out exactly what happened.

All is checked. No changes.

Also, MSFS 2020 is installed on my computer. Therefore, I don't know which folder to clean or how to do it.

But I have uninstalled simulator and install again. So, should not this clear this WASM folders?

I installed the A350 aircraft for MSFS 2024. When I connected my Navigraph account through the OIS screen and clicked the "Update Navdata" button, the simulator crashed. Despite trying repeatedly and uninstalling and reinstalling the aircraft, the same issue persisted. I then completely uninstalled MSFS 2024 and reinstalled it, but the same problem occurred again. Currently, I am unable to even start the simulator with the A350 aircraft. I also encountered issues retrieving ATIS information from the system in the 2020 version of this product. I haven’t been able to start a single flight for the past 9 hours. This aircraft has become a complete disappointment for me. The plane I was eagerly anticipating turned out to be a total disaster. It has become the worst MSFS product I’ve ever purchased.

No IVAO was online. Should i connect to VATSIM?

I'm not sure I understand that: "from the drop down menu where it says ARR DEP and NONE select NONE."

Nothing changes when I select either the VATSIM or IVAO network.

I've been dealing with this non-stop for three days, but it still hasn't been resolved in any way. Despite entering the Hoppie code, I can't request ATIS information. The "Update All" button doesn't even seem to respond. I also deleted and reinstalled the aircraft, but the issue still persists.

Same problem here. I have entered the Hoppie code. But I can't get ATIS or METAR info. It has began to be so annoying.
