No IVAO was online. Should i connect to VATSIM?

I'm not sure I understand that: "from the drop down menu where it says ARR DEP and NONE select NONE."

Nothing changes when I select either the VATSIM or IVAO network.

I've been dealing with this non-stop for three days, but it still hasn't been resolved in any way. Despite entering the Hoppie code, I can't request ATIS information. The "Update All" button doesn't even seem to respond. I also deleted and reinstalled the aircraft, but the issue still persists.

I entered my Hoppie logon code. However I can't recieve the D-ATIS info
