  1. I saw that the recent 1.0.6 update addressed a bug I reported regarding the reverse animation not happening when activating reverse using the joystick method that uses the HOLD THROTTLE REVERSE THRUST button. Reverse thrust animation not working - Systems - iniBuilds Forum It turns out the update '''solved'' this bug by creating another one. Now, when I activate the button assigned for HOLD THROTTLE REVERSE THRUST on the joystick, instead of simply making the throttles to enter reverse mode so I can control the reverse power via the throttle axis, it activates full reverse instead, and I can't control the power via axis, which is totally counterintuitive. This is the 3rd different bug I've encountered regarding reverse in iniBuilds L1011. I hope I don't have to come back here again to report the 4th.
  2. I've been flying using INS+GPS navigation mode and decided to test GPS-only navigation mode to avoid having to deal with INS. The problem is that I'm having trouble getting the aircraft to recognize the GPS route in this mode. I import the route into the GPS, ensure it's in GPS instead of VLOC, but the aircraft doesn't seem to recognize the route. On the HSI, the indicator of how many miles are left to the next yawpoint shows zero and doesn't point in the direction of the next waypoint. Because of this, the A/P doesn't follow the route. Curiously, this only happens when I load the aircraft from the gate, in cold & dark mode. If I load the aircraft from the runway, with the engines already running, the aircraft does recognizes the GPS route and follows it normally without any problem. It's as if, when loading from cold & dark, I would have to perform an alignment for the aircraft to know where it is, but how can I do that if ''GPS mode only'' removes the INS? Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
  3. Since version 1.0.3, I've been experiencing a bug where, when engaging reverse thrust using my joystick, the reverse engages normally, but the animation of the reverse opening on the engines doesn't work. The engine remain normal as if there were no reverse engaged. My joystick is a Logitech 3D Pro. For reverse thrust, I use a configuration that assigns a button that activates reverse thrust and keeps it activated while I'm holding the button, allowing me to use the same throttle axis movement I use for forward thrust, now controlling the intensity of the reverse thrust. Earlier this month I reported another bug related to this method of activating reverse thrust, which caused the takeoff configuration warning to sound when reverse thrust was activated. This bug was fixed in version 1.0.4. From what I've seen, the bug is only in the engine animation. The reverse thrust engages normally, with sound and also with the deceleration of the aircraft. Up to version 1.0.2, the reverse thrust animation worked perfectly with my joystick.
  4. On landings, when I use reverse thrust on my joystick, the takeoff configuration warning sounds. However, it only sounds using my way of activating the reverse thrust on my joystick. I know most people use other commands, like a button that turns reverse thrust on/off with a single press and using the throttle axis for reverse, but it doesn't work well with most aircraft (including the Tristar). I believe this is the reason the takeoff configuration warning sounds; it thinks the throttle axis movement is forward thrust and not reverse thrust. Even though my method of activating reverse thrust isn't the most popular, I've never had any problems or bugs with any aircraft, including other iniBuilds aircraft. The Tristar is the first one that has shown any kind of issue with that. I hope there's a way to fix this.
