This is Orbx True Earth (Oregon, of course). Well worth it if you have the budget, in my opinion. Forkboy orthos (https://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?/files/file/36327-us-orthophotos/) and Verticalsim Vorthos (https://verticalsims.com/vorthos/) cover Oregon too, and are both free to download. You may have to try a few times to get the download for Verticalsims to work as Oregon is on their G Drive link, which has a daily download limit.
