I believe this is a feature of the FBW system, but is meant to stop nosewheel bounces or other issues that you have mentioned. Notably, it can be overridden, like most other FBW inputs by the PIC if you wish to have full control of the aircraft de-rotation speed. It’s a first for this update, and I expect with further testing it should be fixed, perhaps by making the de rotation slower, or making it easier to be overridden by a simple command of the stick or perhaps other feature (disable in on-board aircraft settings). In the meantime, I believe forcibly keeping the nose at your selected attitude should stop this feature, for you to command it down to a safe level, but I’m not too sure. Cheers!
