[Pink texture in world map for only KPVD airport scenery]

After update 1.0.2, 

I can see pink textures in KPVD airport.

I've never seen before.

It is same after reinstall.

Also significant FPS drops observed.

Please check this.

[No interior in Terminals]

For Brisbane(YBBN) scenery, after I installed, I cannot see interior of ternimal buildings as teaser video.

I enabled all features in configuration menu.

Please tell me what I am missing.
