Just had the same problem, landed after a flight and no T3, just floating jetways where it should be. Bit of an immersion killer. I wonder if it's related to VRAM running out as I noticed my frame rates tank when this happened as well. When I exit the flight to the world map and then zoom back in T3 reappears again.
