Hi! After a lot of testing I managed to identify the problem. In my case, after giving up, I remembered that I had the A310 installed. So I went to the content manager, uninstalled it and voila, fixed. But it’s totally random, for some users it won’t be the A310 but Carenado planes, PMDG... But this kind of CTD will mostly happen with aircraft from the marketplace.

Hi! I bought the airplane yesterday and it was working fine without any problems. But today, suddenly and for no reason, I can’t even have the airplane installed without having a CTD. I tested all morning and I can confirm it’s the airplane who is making the sim crash. If I delete it from the Onestore folder, the sim will load without any problems. But in the moment I go to the marketplace and download it again, the sim crashes instantly. After that, if I try to restart the sim with the airplane installed, it will CTD every time in the loading screen until I delete it again from the Onestore folder. Obviously, I also tried without any addons installed to see if there was any conflict, but there is none, the problem persisted. The mere existence of the AN225 in my mfs, makes it crash.

Hi! Im trying to login into the store to buy the Beluga, but everytime i try, i get this: I tried to reset the password etc etc, nothing works. I can login into the forum but the store is closed for me for some reason.
