Found another discrepancy. When loading the passengers, the max number of paxs is way above the value indicated in the EFB. You can clearly compare both the GSX recognized MAX vs the EFB aircraft MAX. 563 vs 367.

I am using the new integrated feature of GSX. On the loadsheet page there are now 2 options: Load with GSX SimBrief Import I assume the following is the process once the SimBrief fltpln has been imported. First click on "Simbrief Import" then "Load With GSX". Upon doing this most of the process work (even though I believe the order of the on-boarding is incorrect). However, when it comes to the refueling part, it keeps asking me to use my fuel system to set desired quantity. The process seems to get stuck in a loop at the refueling option. Please let me know if I'm missing something on my end to make this work. Attached picture for reference to the page in subject.

So just to understand the current lack of integration with GSX. Once I import the fuel qty from simbrief and call the fuel truck, there's no communication from the OIS to the gsx refueling system? Cus I don't have the msfs fuel and cargo option selected assuming the integration would work.

I had a similar issue and fixed it by installing the optional reduced resolution textures via the inimanager. Not sure if that was the issue but it did take long to load the first time after that change. Also, as mentioned above, select the aircraft and gate and then zoom out. See if any of this helps.
